boutique transformation + exciting NEWS!

TODAY we started the BEGINNING of my
Vintage Glam boutique transformation!

i have to admit...i LOVE changing the shop around.  one of my MOST favorite things about owning my own boutique is displaying product...which means i also LOVE to switch it up very often! {VERY often...just ask my mom or emily, when they come into work they never KNOW what i may have been up to the week before!}  i'm also here A.LOT. which is probably another reason why i like to CHANGE it up frequently! 

so TODAY
{with the help of my dream team....dad, mom, and brother matt}
 we started another transformation...

we are creating a changing room area!!!!!

YEP....you know what that means...

Vintage Glam will SOON be carrying

{i can hardly handle it!}

so, TODAY we did a lot of MOVING around
AND THEN in JANUARY,

 i will be finishing the transformation.  we will close up shop for a few days...

PAINT. DECORATE. and RE-CREATE a NEW space

that i know you will LOOOVE!

{i can hardly sleep at night thinking of everything i want to do!}

ALSO - TODAY i am excited to say that 

i do have ONE perfectly perfect little sweater available RIGHT NOW!

i was going to hold off on making it available until after i got my other pieces in...

but i just COULDN'T WAIT!

i created 50 of these bags as a free gift a couple of weeks ago for my vintage glam customer appreciation day.  the unity sentiment "you are seriously the best" was PERFECT!!

this week i decided to try out STAMPING on BURLAP!!!

i own a little shop that needed a big beautiful bulletin board right outside the door to pin up sale flyers, notes, etc...

so HERE IT IS!!! 

LOVE the look that my unity stamps added to the burlap!  

however, i think i need to create another paper banner to add some extra color...

PIN-tastic WEEKEND!

i've been pinning & pinning & pinning the last few days. 

with the holiday's just around the corner...i have lots to do!

how about you?  

i not only need to decorate my house...but the SHOP as well!

pinterest has been a TIME SAVER for me...i LOVE how you can "pin" everything to different boards & save the idea for a rainy day!  i just went through my pins last night & picked out a few that are inspiring some projects that i am working on today!
